Throughout the internship I was able to contact a couple managers between City Park Grill and our other property, Palette Bistro.

​

I was not sure about the food and bev side of this industry, I wanted to put my main focus on events because every day there is a new day, it is not a template.  Thinking that would be the way for food and bev, everyday is a new day, I was wrong about it and I was able to learn the thoughts on it from other managers I have worked with this summer!
