1. What are the firm's short term and long term goals and objectives?

Right now it is working on creating the brand and fixing the crucial challenges.  These challenges throughout the company include guest service satisfaction, training, and working on stepping up against competitors.​

2. How will the firm change in the next 2, 5 and 10 years?

Within the next years the firm is changing with expansion, meeting the new trends, and management.  We have a catering company and just wrapped our food truck within the past week or so (08/02/19) and with the trendy instagram posts it will be a hit.  â€‹

Like I said, expansion and management is later on.  One of our current floor managers may potentially move up to GM, this requires training on things she may not be comfortable with yet.

3. What trends does the management see that will impact on their property?

Entertainment is a large one, it is not as popular here as it use to be three years ago, we may consider targeting a new audience.

4. How do they plan to adapt to take advantage of these trends?

They may adapt to this new trend by taking the reins during their slow season.  This makes it easier to learn their target market and even test.  Other bars might not go all year either so that might help improve the entertainment side within the next months.
