Located in Petoskey, MI​

Competition include numerous properties such as;

Chandlers, Duffy's, High Five Spirits, Parkside Deli, Mitchell's Pub, Taproom 30, Twisted Olive, Beard's Brewery, and Mim's as far as popular places go.

If you are thinking about the rest of our properties, Wineguys owns Palette Bistro, Wineguys catering, and Roast & Toast Café alongside City Park Grill expanding our competition field.  Thus making our competition North Perk Coffee, Populace, and a new Bistro opening up next door to Palette beginning this fall, 2019.

2. Size and number of rooms, number of seats in the food and beverage outlets and meeting rooms, square footage, etc.

3 dining areas in City Park Grill, the back dining area is more secluded and that is our 400's section.  The main dining area is ur 300's and the bar area is our 1 and 200's section.  We also have our 500's section outside for guests to eat if they want the sun or have a dog.

3. Product-service mix: guest rooms, meeting rooms, food and beverage outlets, catering, recreational facilities, etc.

We have on site catering in the 400's section of the dining areas at City Park Grill.  We also do off site catering where the clientele would like to have us.  For example; we did three weddings at three different venues including the fairgrounds just outside of town.
